Information you provide
The quick contact form asks for your name, optional business name, and an email address or phone number. The project inquiry form also asks for the kind of project and a description. We receive the information you enter when you submit. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or confidential client records in these forms.
How information is used and shared
We use inquiries to respond, discuss scope, prepare proposals, manage client relationships, and maintain business records. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. We use website hosting, form processing, spam screening, and business email providers to receive and respond to inquiries. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and security.
Technical information and tracking
Our hosting and email providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs. The website does not currently include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Fonts and the 3D library are served with the site. We do not use the site to track you across other websites. We do not change these practices in response to a browser Do Not Track signal.
Downloads and outside services
The project brief download is generated in your browser. Downloading it does not submit an inquiry. Your browser may retain typed values or downloaded files. Email and phone links open your chosen application. Links to social platforms and other websites take you to services governed by their own policies; their pages may use their own tracking technologies.
Retention and security
We may retain inquiries and related communications in our form service, business email account, and other business records. For example, inquiry emails may remain in our mailbox as part of our correspondence history. Retention periods vary according to the inquiry, any ongoing business relationship, recordkeeping needs, applicable legal requirements, and our service providers’ practices. Deletion requests are considered as described below, subject to applicable law.
We use sign-ins and permissions to limit access to information, and encrypted connections such as the site’s secure HTTPS connection. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests
You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you have provided by emailing us. We may need to verify the request and retain records required for legitimate business or legal purposes. We will explain any limitation that applies. This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has sent personal information.
